Issue 1220 - Whitco Roto Operator Product Update

The recent supply delays with the Whitco Roto Operator were due to unforeseen supplier issues which has resulted in a new version being procured.

The new Roto Operator retrofits the previous model and has the following improvements and differences:

	Stainless steel roller for smoother operation.
	Improved aesthetic as fixing holes are now counter-sunk.
	Fixing accessories now include mounting tabs.
	The handle is longer by 20mm The stainless steel slide is longer by 50mm. Suits both old and new versions.

 

Part numbers and pricing remain the same.

Right Hand Roto Operator - W330311
Left Hand Roto Operator - W330411
Stainless Steel Slide - W331304

Current stock is a mixture of old and new versions. Please make customers aware the two versions are aesthetically slightly different and this may / may not be suitable for their situation.

• W330311 RH Operator - No stock available until late August when new version arrives.
• W330411 LH Operator - Stock of old version on the shelf. (New version delivery date is not confirmed)
